This week the mini rhinos U7's made the short trip down the east lancs road to play Haydock Warriors. Both sides put on a superb spectacle of open rugby, with determined running, agile footwork and fantastic handling skills for such a young age. Both sides also showed some real grit and discipline holding their defensive lines, along with great line speed to hunt down the ball carriers.

Cadishead players, parents and coaches would like to give a special mention to haydock team, with many of them only playing in their 3rd ever game of rugby, we think you are naturals and can't wait to welcome you down to lord street later in the season!

Player of the match went to the elusive Joseph Busby, 

Coaches award went to the tackling machine Toby Taylor,

Opposition player of the match went to steam rolling Nathan Riley.

Of course as usual the post game hotdogs went down a treat, and we can't wait to see you all back down for training Monday 6pm until 7pm at lord street.
